SHIPPING POLICY




1. Order Processing



All orders placed with EMOTO VOLTZ are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Processing time refers to order handling and dispatch preparation and does not include shipping transit time.


During peak periods, sales, or product launches, processing times may be longer.

This excludes clothing items and preorder items




2. Shipping Methods



We ship using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.


All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.





3. Shipping Timeframes



Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier performance.


EMOTO VOLTZ is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Postal or courier networks
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or border delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer



Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is outside our control.





4. Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.





5. Order Tracking



Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.


Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. EMOTO VOLTZ does not control how frequently tracking information is updated.





6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries



It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.


EMOTO VOLTZ is not liable for:


  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer
  • Delays or losses due to address errors
  • Failed deliveries due to absence or access issues



Re-shipping costs for returned parcels must be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund amount including a fee.





7. Lost or Delayed Parcels



If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit:


  • We will assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome



EMOTO VOLTZ is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.





8. Damaged Parcels



If your order arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and items



Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.





9. Authority to Leave (ATL)

All parcels are given with ATL, meaning at the couriers discretion, the parcel will be left at a safe place on your property. Timely collection of the package is the responsibility of the receiver. 


EMOTO VOLTZ is not liable for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.





10. International Shipping (If Applicable)



International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.


These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. EMOTO VOLTZ has no control over customs processing times or fees.
