Cancellation policy

Due to the nature of our products and supply chain processes, all orders placed with EMVZ are final.

Many EMVZ components are custom-ordered directly from our manufacturing partners or prepared to specific customer requirements immediately upon order confirmation. As a result:

• Order cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
• Orders cannot be modified, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation.
• Production, allocation, and procurement of parts may commence immediately following purchase.

Once your order has been confirmed, EMVZ begins sourcing and preparing the required components specifically for your purchase. This includes custom-ordered parts from our manufacturers, quality control preparation, and dispatch planning.

We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully prior to completing their purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

EMVZ reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
